RESUMO: A presente obra, intitulada ConectaJur: Diálogos Interinstitucionais sobre Direito, Tecnologia e Sociedade, consolida-se como um ecossistema de vanguarda voltado à mediação de conflitos originados pelas transformações disruptivas da era digital. Este livro é o resultado tangível de uma maturação intelectual coletiva, fruto de um inédito regime de cooperação entre discentes da PUC/SP e de outras renomadas instituições, unidos pelo propósito de endereçar os temas mais representativos da sociedade contemporânea. Estruturado sob o equilíbrio entre as reflexões de especialistas consagrados e a pesquisa disruptiva de jovens acadêmicos, o volume percorre eixos cruciais, tais como a relação entre Inteligência Artificial e Privacidade, analisando os riscos de exposição de dados e a imperativa necessidade de uma governança ética. Trata-se de um trabalho que reflete, sobretudo, o esforço pioneiro da PUC-SP. A instituição, que já integra em sua grade curricular a disciplina "Questões Contemporâneas de Inteligência Artificial" e outras eletivas afins, reafirma seu compromisso em capacitar alunos e futuros profissionais. ABSTRACT: This book, entitled ConectaJur: Interinstitutional Dialogues on Law, Technology and Society, consolidates itself as a cutting-edge ecosystem focused on mediating conflicts arising from the disruptive transformations of the digital age. This book is the tangible result of a collective intellectual maturation, the fruit of an unprecedented cooperation regime between students from PUC/SP and other renowned institutions, united by the purpose of addressing the most representative themes of contemporary society. Structured on the balance between the reflections of established specialists and the disruptive research of young academics, the volume covers crucial axes, such as the relationship between Artificial Intelligence and Privacy, analyzing the risks of data exposure and the imperative need for ethical governance. It is a work that reflects, above all, the pioneering effort of PUC-SP. The institution, which already integrates the discipline "Contemporary Issues of Artificial Intelligence" and other related electives into its curriculum, reaffirms its commitment to empowering students and future professionals. The aim is to highlight how the symbiosis between legal rigor and technological fluency can build a more efficient, humane, and truly innovative justice system.
