5th School on Cosmic Rays and Astrophysics
LA PAZ, BOLIVIA, 22 – 31 August 2012.
We are pleased to announce that the 5th School on Cosmic Rays and Astrophysics will be held in La Paz, Bolivia from the 22nd to 31st August 2012. The School is organised by the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés (UMSA) through its Physics Research Institute and previously has taken place in Bolivia (2004), Mexico (2006), Peru (2008) y Brazil (2010). The bi-annual School on Cosmic Rays and Astrophysicsis supported by the active participation of leaders in this field from various countries. The School seeks to foster active young physicists in this exciting area of physics and promote knowledge
and research on cosmic rays in physics and astrophysics within the Latin American
